Activities and workshops will include: Japanese energy techniques such as Hara breathing, Joshin Kokyu ho, Seishin Toitsu, Reiki Mawashi, 3 Diamonds and Kenyoku ho. Also, walking meditation,connecting with the 5 elements, and chanting. Multiple hands-on healing sessions. Workshop on Reiki Sound Healing, and more.
